Our Expert Team
Vladimir Caceres
Principal Engineer
Vladimir Caceres is the Principal Engineer of Local Green Design. He has over fourteen years of civil engineering experience working for city governments. Vladimir graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. As a Civil Engineering and Project Manager, Vladimir’s responsibilities include reviewing and designing site plans, and complying with city or state ordinances and developer vision.
Vladimir enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience in civil engineering to make a difference improving his community. He is eager to take on any new technical challenges that may arise during the construction phase of a project.
